Ignoring the manufacturer's specifications
Many times car owners create serious flaws in their own cars by simply ignoring the manufacturer's specifications. Any person with some mechanical or engineering background will tell you just how important manufacturer's specifications and instructions are. Always remember that they were devised for a specific purpose and many times that purpose has to do with safety.
