Slippery wet roads
For instance a lot of rain always makes the roads more slippery, meaning that you should drive slowly because braking distances are greatly reduced, should the need arise for you to apply emergency brakes at some point. Snow and ice on the road makes things even worse. In these kind of conditions you should always assume that your car has some major flaws as far as the weather is concerned.
