What Carjacking means in Africa
Carjacking in some parts of the world does not mean just hijacking of the automobile. In many instances it could also mean the rape of the occupants of the vehicle, both male and female. Believe it or not this is exactly what happened in a recent incident in crime infested Nairobi, the capital of Kenya in East Africa.
