Buying A Used Car: Too Much Smoke Means Trouble

When taking out a used car for a test drive, there are a few things you should look out for, if you intend to pay out cash for it. Take a careful look at the bodywork, including the fenders. Knock against the body to see if there are any hollow sounding places. If you knock against the body of the car and get a different, almost hollow sound in some areas, then chances are that the car was involved in an accident and some repairs were carried out.
